| I remember when I was working as a graphic designer at The Rockey Company, a real old school public relations firm downtown where all the men wore suits and ties (when they got casual they took their jackets off). Steve and I were working on some Visionary Dance promotional materials and he would come down to the office with his hair all braided down his back and sandals and some vest and jeans -- it was great. What truly amazed me was that when Steve decided he could learn the computer graphics stuff and work this into his array of skills, he focused his laser-like brain and determination and in a year or two he had far outstripped anything I could imagine. A renaissance man if ever there was one, who never stops learning and growing... and he always has the best shoes! |
